概述
Jianyan（以下简称“本软件”）是一款运行于用户本地设备上的独立软件，用于读取、分析和处理用户存储在本地设备上的聊天数据。
我们高度重视用户隐私。本软件的核心设计原则是：
您的聊天数据属于您，并且应当留在您的设备上。
除用户主动提供的电子邮箱地址外，本软件不会将用户的聊天数据、聊天记录、文件内容或其他本地处理数据上传至我们的服务器。
本隐私政策旨在说明 Jianyan 如何处理信息，以及我们收集、使用和保护哪些数据。
我们收集哪些信息
本地聊天数据
为了提供软件的核心功能，Jianyan 可能需要访问用户在本地设备上选择或授权访问的聊天数据、聊天记录、导出文件及相关本地文件。
这些数据：
- 仅在用户自己的设备上读取；
- 仅在用户本地设备上处理；
- 不会被上传至我们的服务器；
- 不会被发送给第三方服务；
- 不会被用于广告、用户画像或商业分析；
- 不会由我们建立云端数据库进行存储。
Jianyan 的服务器无法访问这些本地聊天数据。
电子邮箱地址
如果用户购买、申请或激活 Jianyan 的授权，我们可能需要收集用户提供的电子邮箱地址。
邮箱地址仅用于：
- 发送软件授权码；
- 管理和验证软件授权；
- 与授权相关的重要通知；
- 必要的客户支持。
除上述目的外，我们不会将用户的电子邮箱用于出售、出租或其他未经授权的商业用途。
设备信息（用于软件授权）
为了提供软件授权验证、防止授权滥用以及支持多设备授权管理，Jianyan 可能收集有限的设备信息。
收集的信息可能包括：
- 操作系统类型（例如 Windows、macOS、Linux）；
- 操作系统版本；
- 软件版本号；
- CPU 架构信息（例如 x64、ARM）；
- 软件生成的匿名设备标识符（Device Identifier）；
- 授权状态及授权验证信息。
这些信息仅用于：
- 验证用户的软件授权；
- 绑定授权设备；
- 管理授权设备数量；
- 防止未经授权的软件复制或滥用；
- 提供技术支持和兼容性判断。
设备信息不会用于：
- 广告投放；
- 用户行为分析；
- 用户画像；
- 跟踪用户在其他应用或网站中的活动。
其他本地数据
除电子邮箱外，Jianyan 处理的其他数据原则上均在用户本地设备上完成。
这些数据可能包括：
- 本地聊天记录；
- 用户导入的文件；
- 软件生成的索引；
- 搜索索引；
- 分析结果；
- 用户配置；
- 软件缓存；
- 其他为了实现软件功能而产生的本地数据。
这些数据不会被上传到 Jianyan 服务器。
数据处理方式
Jianyan 采用 Local-First / 本地优先 的隐私设计。
当用户使用 Jianyan 读取或分析聊天数据时，数据处理流程原则上为：
本地文件 → 用户设备 → 本地处理 → 本地结果
而不是：
本地文件 → 云服务器 → 云端处理 → 返回结果
因此，用户的聊天内容无需上传到我们的服务器即可完成相关处理。
我们不会主动收集、上传或存储用户的聊天记录。
我们不会收集的数据
在正常使用 Jianyan 的情况下，我们不会从用户设备收集或上传：
- 聊天消息正文；
- Deepseek 或其他平台的聊天记录内容；
- 用户本地文件内容；
- 用户的聊天附件；
- 用户的本地搜索索引；
- 用户的本地分析结果；
- 用户输入的提示词或查询内容；
- 用户通过软件读取的其他本地数据。
上述数据均在用户设备本地处理。
服务器端数据
Jianyan 的服务器仅处理实现软件授权相关功能所必需的有限信息。
目前，服务器端可能保存的数据为：
- 电子邮箱地址。
- 授权码及授权状态；
- 与授权相关的设备信息。
邮箱地址用于向用户发送和管理软件授权码。
除授权及相关服务所必需的数据外，我们不会在服务器端建立用户聊天数据、聊天历史或本地文件数据库。
数据共享
我们不会出售、出租或交易用户的个人数据。
我们也不会向广告商、数据经纪商或其他第三方出售用户数据。
特别是：
- 我们不会将用户的聊天记录或聊天内容提供给任何第三方。
- 由于聊天数据不会上传至 Jianyan 服务器，因此我们也无法通过服务器访问或提供这些聊天内容。
如因法律法规、司法程序或政府机关的合法要求而必须披露某些服务器端信息，我们仅会在法律要求的范围内进行披露。
第三方服务
Jianyan 的核心聊天数据处理功能不依赖将用户聊天内容上传至第三方云服务。
如果未来软件集成第三方服务，我们将根据实际情况更新本隐私政策，并说明相关第三方服务可能处理的数据类型及处理方式。
除非另有明确说明，Jianyan 不会为了提供核心本地处理功能而将用户聊天数据发送给第三方 AI、云存储或数据分析服务。
数据安全
设备授权信息属于软件服务运行所需的数据，我们采取合理的技术和组织措施保护服务器端保存的用户信息。
Jianyan不收集过度的设备指纹信息。
我们不会主动收集：
- 硬盘序列号；
- MAC 地址；
- 用户个人文件列表；
- 用户设备中的敏感信息。
对于本地数据，我们采用本地处理架构，以减少敏感数据离开用户设备的必要性。
但是，请注意：
- 任何软件、操作系统、网络服务或存储设备都无法保证绝对安全。
- 用户应当妥善保护自己的设备、操作系统账户、磁盘及相关文件，并避免向不可信的软件授予文件访问权限。
数据保留
本地数据
- Jianyan 在用户设备上产生的数据通常由用户自行控制。
- 用户可以根据操作系统及软件提供的功能删除相关本地数据。
- 我们无法通过服务器远程删除或管理用户本地聊天数据，因为这些数据不会上传到我们的服务器。
服务器端邮箱
- 对于用于软件授权的电子邮箱地址，我们将在提供授权、管理授权及履行相关服务所合理需要的期限内保留该信息。
当邮箱信息不再具有合法或业务上的必要用途时，我们将按照适用的数据保留政策进行删除或匿名化处理。
用户权利
根据用户所在司法管辖区适用的法律，用户可能享有以下权利：
- 查询我们持有的个人信息；
- 要求更正个人信息；
- 要求删除个人信息；
- 撤回特定数据处理授权；
- 反对特定的数据处理；
- 获取与个人信息处理相关的信息。
由于 Jianyan 的聊天数据主要在用户本地设备上处理，我们通常不会持有这些聊天数据，因此无法提供、修改或删除我们从未收集的聊天内容。

Overview
Jianyan ("the Software") is an independent desktop application designed to read, analyze, and process chat data stored locally on the user's device.
We take user privacy seriously. Jianyan is designed around a simple principle:
Your chat data belongs to you and should stay on your device.
Except for the email address voluntarily provided by a user for software licensing purposes, Jianyan does not upload users' chat data, chat history, local files, or other locally processed data to our servers.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Jianyan processes, how that information is used, and how we protect it.
Information We Collect
Local Chat Data
To provide its core functionality, Jianyan may access chat data, conversation history, exported files, and other local files that the user selects or authorizes the Software to access.
Such data is:
- Read locally on the user's device;
- Processed locally on the user's device;
- Not uploaded to our servers;
- Not transmitted to third-party services;
- Not used for advertising or user profiling;
- Not stored by us in a cloud database.
Jianyan's servers cannot access the user's local chat data.
Email Address
If a user purchases, requests, or activates a Jianyan license, we may collect the email address voluntarily provided by the user.
The email address is used only for purposes such as:
- Delivering software license keys;
- Managing and validating software licenses;
- Sending important license-related notices;
- Providing necessary customer support.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise use the email address for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Device Information (For License Verification)
To provide software activation, prevent license abuse, and manage authorized devices, Jianyan may collect limited device information.
The information may include:
- Operating system type (such as Windows, macOS, or Linux);
- Operating system version;
- Software version;
- CPU architecture (such as x64 or ARM);
- An anonymous device identifier generated by the Software;
- License status and activation information.
This information is used only for:
- Verifying software licenses;
- Associating licenses with authorized devices;
- Managing the number of activated devices;
- Preventing unauthorized copying or misuse;
- Providing technical support and compatibility assistance.
Device information is not used for:
- Advertising;
- Behavioral profiling;
- User tracking;
- Monitoring activity across other applications or websites.
Other Local Data
Except for the email address described above, data processed by Jianyan is generally processed locally on the user's device.
This may include:
- Local chat history;
- Imported files;
- Locally generated indexes;
- Search indexes;
- Analysis results;
- User preferences and configuration;
- Local application cache;
- Other data generated locally to provide the Software's functionality.
Such data is not uploaded to Jianyan's servers.
How Data Is Processed
Jianyan follows a Local-First privacy architecture.
When a user reads or analyzes chat data with Jianyan, the intended data flow is:
Local Files → User Device → Local Processing → Local Results
rather than:
Local Files → Cloud Server → Cloud Processing → Results
This means that users can process their chat data without uploading the underlying chat content to our servers.
We do not intentionally collect, upload, or store users' chat history.
Data We Do Not Collect
Under normal use of Jianyan, we do not collect or upload:
The content of chat messages; Chat histories from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other platforms; Contents of local files; Local chat attachments; Local search indexes; Local analysis results; User prompts or queries processed by the Software; Other local data accessed or processed by Jianyan.
Such data is processed locally on the user's device.
Server-Side Data
Jianyan's servers process only the limited information necessary to provide software licensing functionality.
At present, the primary user information retained on our servers is:
- Email address.
- License key and license status;
- Device information associated with license activation.
Device information is used solely for license management.
Jianyan does not store:
- User chat content;
- Chat histories from Deepseek, or other AI platforms;
- Local user files;
- Search queries;
- Local analysis results.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize users' personal data.
We do not sell user data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
In particular:
We do not provide users' chat history or chat content to third parties.
Because chat data is not uploaded to Jianyan's servers, we do not have server-side access to such content.
If disclosure of server-side information is legally required by applicable law, court order, or valid governmental request, we will disclose only the information required by law.
Third-Party Services
Jianyan's core chat-data processing functionality does not require users' chat content to be uploaded to third-party cloud services.
If third-party services are integrated into the Software in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate and describe what information may be processed by those services and how it is handled.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Jianyan does not send users' chat data to third-party AI, cloud-storage, or analytics services for the purpose of providing its core local-processing functionality.
Data Security
Device activation information is collected only as necessary for providing software licensing functionality. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information retained on our servers.
Jianyan does not collect excessive device fingerprinting information.
We do not intentionally collect:
- Hard-drive serial numbers;
- MAC addresses;
- Lists of user files;
- Sensitive information stored on the user's device.
For local data, Jianyan uses a local-processing architecture designed to minimize the need for sensitive data to leave the user's device.
However, no software, operating system, network service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their devices, operating-system accounts, disks, and files, and for granting file-access permissions only to software they trust.
Data Retention
Local Data
Data generated or stored by Jianyan on the user's device is generally under the user's control.
Users may delete local data using the relevant operating-system or Software functionality.
Because local chat data is not uploaded to our servers, we cannot remotely access, delete, or manage such data.
Server-Side Email Address
We retain email addresses used for software licensing for as long as reasonably necessary to provide, manage, and support the applicable license and related services.
When an email address is no longer necessary for a legitimate business or legal purpose, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable data-retention requirements.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the laws applicable to you, you may have rights including:
The right to request access to personal information we hold; The right to request correction of personal information; The right to request deletion of personal information; The right to withdraw certain consents; The right to object to certain forms of processing; The right to receive information about how your personal information is processed.
Because Jianyan processes chat data primarily on the user's local device, we generally do not possess such chat data and therefore cannot provide, modify, or delete chat content that we have never collected.

Children's Privacy
Jianyan is not specifically designed for children.
Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent before processing personal information of minors, we will comply with such requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Software, applicable laws, or our practices.
