软件说明

Jianyan 是一款桌面应用程序，用于帮助用户导出、整理、浏览和归档个人 DeepSeek 对话数据。

软件主要功能包括：

  • 将 DeepSeek 账户数据进行批量导出。
  • 将对话导出为高质量 Markdown 文件。
  • 将对话导出为 PDF 文件，用于阅读和知识归档。
  • 在本地浏览和管理导出的对话数据。

本地数据处理

Jianyan 采用本地优先（Local-first）的架构设计。

您的聊天数据仅在您的设备本地进行处理。Jianyan 不会上传、存储、分析或向服务器传输您的私人聊天内容。

您需要自行负责：

  • 获取属于您自己的 DeepSeek 数据导出文件或账户数据。
  • 确保您拥有访问和处理相关数据的合法权利。
  • 妥善保护导出的文件以及设备安全。

软件授权与账户信息

Jianyan 部分功能可能需要进行授权激活。

为了提供授权激活服务，我们可能收集和处理以下有限信息：

  • 用户购买或激活授权时提供的邮箱地址。
  • 有限的设备信息，例如操作系统信息和设备标识信息，用于授权验证和防止授权滥用。

上述信息仅用于：

  • 授权生成与验证。
  • 管理已激活设备。
  • 防止未经授权的软件使用。

我们不会为了授权激活而收集您的聊天内容。

用户责任

您同意：

  • 仅将 Jianyan 用于合法用途。

Welcome to Jianyan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jianyan desktop software ("Software") provided by Jianyan ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, activating, or using Jianyan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of the Software

Jianyan is a desktop application designed to help users export, organize, browse, and archive their personal DeepSeek conversation data.

The Software provides features including:

  • Batch exporting DeepSeek account data.
  • Exporting conversations into high-quality Markdown files.
  • Exporting conversations into PDF files for reading and archiving.
  • Local browsing and organization of exported conversation data.

Local Data Processing

Jianyan is designed with a local-first architecture.

Your conversation data is processed entirely on your local device. Jianyan does not upload, store, analyze, or transmit your private conversation content to our servers.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining your own DeepSeek data export files or account data access.
  • Ensuring that you have the legal right to access and process the exported data.
  • Protecting your exported files and local device security.

License Activation and Account Information

Certain features of Jianyan may require license activation.

To provide license activation services, we may collect and process limited information including:

  • Email address provided during license purchase or activation.
  • Limited device information, such as operating system information and device identifiers, used for license verification and fraud prevention.

This information is used only for:

  • License issuance and verification.
  • Managing activated devices.

We do not collect your conversation content for license activation.

User Responsibilities

  • Maintain appropriate backups of your exported data.

Jianyan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the services, policies, availability, or data practices of third-party platforms.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

The Software, including its design, code, interface, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Jianyan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to these Terms.

Disclaimer

Jianyan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we strive to provide reliable software, we do not guarantee that:

  • The Software will always operate without errors.
  • Exported files will always perfectly match the original source data.
  • Third-party services will remain available or unchanged.

Users should maintain backups of important data.
